- Crack repairs and resurfacing on slabs that are still sound
Steps and stoops. Concrete stairs and stoops settle, crack and pull away from the house over time. We repair or replace them and set them on footings deep enough to stay put.
Footings and new foundations. Concrete footings and foundation construction for additions, garages, porches and other new structures, set below the frost line.
Masonry and retaining walls. Repairs to block, brick and stone, including repointing mortar joints, and retaining walls built with drainage behind them so water pressure doesn't push them over.
Foundation repair and waterproofing. Cracked, leaking or moving basement walls have their own pages. See foundation repair for cracks and structural concerns, and basement waterproofing for wet basements and drainage.
