About RockSolid
15+ years in construction. We're a licensed general contractor for homes and businesses across the Twin Cities and Anoka County. From small repairs to complete builds, one contractor for it all.
What we do
RockSolid is a general contractor for homeowners, property owners and businesses across Minneapolis, St. Paul and Anoka County. We take on the whole range: small repairs and punch lists, kitchens, bathrooms and basements, additions and new homes, commercial build-outs, and rebuilds after fire, water or storm damage.
The idea is simple: one contractor who plans the work, pulls the permits, lines up the trades and stays accountable from the first visit to the final walkthrough, whatever the size of the job.

How we work
-
One point of contact
One project manager runs your job and every trade on it. You always know who to call and what happens next.
-
Scope in writing
Before work starts you get a written scope and estimate that spell out what's included, what's selected and how the job will be sequenced.
-
Licensed & done to code
A Minnesota licensed building contractor (MN License #BC810418). Licensed and insured. We pull the building permits, schedule the inspections and work with the same licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC partners on every job.
-
Warranty in writing
1 year on finish work, 2 years on plumbing and electrical, 10 years on structure. If something we built fails, we come back and fix it.
