Step 1: Tell us about the project
Call, or send the estimate form with a few photos. We ask what you want done, where the property is and when you'd like to start, so the first visit is useful.

Step 2: Walkthrough on site
We visit, measure and look at what's behind the walls, under the floor and up in the attic, so the plan fits the house you actually have.

Step 3: Written scope & estimate
You get a written scope listing the work, the materials and the selections still to make, with an estimate and a realistic schedule. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Step 4: Permits, materials & trades
We pull the building permits, order materials and bring in the same licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC partners we use on every job. One project manager runs the schedule.

Step 5: The build
We protect your home, keep the site clean and work through the inspections in order. You have one point of contact from demolition to finish work.

Step 6: Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, close out the punch list and final inspections, and hand over the paperwork, including your warranty: 1 year on finish work, 2 years on plumbing and electrical, 10 years on structure.

Do you pull permits?
Yes. Permits and inspections are part of the job on work that requires them, and we coordinate with your city's inspectors so you don't have to.
Can you work with my insurance company after damage?
We inspect and photograph the damage, write the repair estimate and meet your adjuster if needed. You send our estimate to your insurance company; the insurer pays you and you pay us as the work is done. We don't negotiate claims or act as a public adjuster.
Who handles electrical, plumbing and HVAC?
The same licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC partners on every job, and they pull the permits for their work. You still have one point of contact for the whole project.
What warranty do you give?
1 year on finish and cosmetic work such as painting, 2 years on plumbing and electrical, and 10 years on structural work. If something covered fails, call us and we come back and fix it.
